Platform rules
Open Call is a private network for entertainment professionals, talent and verified location owners. Use of the platform is conditioned on truthful representation of identity, role and credentials. Misrepresentation is grounds for immediate suspension.
Membership terms
Talent accounts and location listings are free. Industry memberships and scout memberships are paid and renew on the cadence selected at checkout. Memberships may be canceled at any time from account settings and remain active through the end of the paid period.
User responsibilities
Members are responsible for the accuracy of their profile, the lawful ownership of any media uploaded, and respectful conduct toward other members. Solicitation outside the scope of professional production work is not permitted.
Content ownership
You retain ownership of all content you upload. By posting content on Open Call, you grant the platform a limited license to host, display and transmit that content as required to operate features you have enabled, such as casting submissions, location inquiries and messaging.
Acceptable use
The following are prohibited: scraping, automated data extraction, harassment, deceptive casting calls, sharing of private member contact information, and any activity that undermines the verified nature of the network. Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal without refund.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to active members. Continued use of Open Call after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
